About Sue McLeod LL.B, Accredited Specialist Succession Law
Sue McLeod is an accredited specialist in Succession law and holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She is also a Justice of the peace (Qualified), a life member of Lawasia and the President of the QUT Law Alumni.
Sue was admitted as a Solicitor in November 1993. She has since worked for the Public Trustee of Queensland, the Guardianship and Administration Tribunal and then in private practice. Her specialisation is in the area of elder law, Wills, and estates which includes a broad range of experience in estate planning, administration and litigation. Her practice also extends to commercial and property law."
